One hundred percent of donations to MSF Ireland come from private individuals and organisations.
This allows us to help those people in genuine need, wherever it is in the world and whenever it is needed.
"I’ve experienced at first-hand how the generosity of our donors allows me and my colleagues to provide emergency medical care to those who urgently need it. Private funding from people like you allows MSF to respond quickly and independently, to carry out life-saving and life-changing work."
Why your donation matters
Major Donors invest significantly in helping Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) fulfil its mission. This incredible support has helped us save lives by providing acute medical care to millions of people around the world.
It enables us to be truly financially independent and therefore to respond to the most urgent crises in the world rapidly and flexibly, providing input solely according to people’s needs.
Finally, it allows us to maintain complete independence from all political, economic or religious powers. This independence is vital in gaining access to the many places where MSF works
How we spend your donations
At MSF Ireland we pride ourselves on working hard to spend the maximum amount of your donation on our medical projects, helping people who need it most.
